Turnkey circular geometry inspection system, with 1 probe for measuring electrical runout, and 1 or 2 probes for measuring mechanical runout, shaft runout, rotor runout.

Inspection system and computer are mounted in 16-gauge steel industrial tabletop enclosure suitable for a shop floor environment. Includes widescreen LCD monitor, keyboard and mouse. Fully configured, calibrated and ready to use.

Options and accessories are available for a variety of different inspection scenarios:

  • automated, in-situ measurements in a lathe, grinder or other machine tool
  • inspection in V-blocks, while turning the part or rotor by hand
  • In-fixture inspection
  • measurements triggered by blade tips or other part features
