This inspection system uses contact LVDTs to measure specific points on the blade (bucket) tip and display the measurements in real time. We were responsible for conceptual design, gage design, software design and development, system build, documentation and training.

Length measurements are displayed dynamically and can be captured at the click of a button. An entire set of blades can be measured, and then the data exported to a spreadsheet file. Over Max and Under Min conditions are indicated by red and yellow highlighting, respectively.
