Control
Profiles
can be displayed and manipulated via the Profile Display
screen. Two
profile display modes are available: Normalized Display
and Absolute Display.
Normalized
Display
Profile data
is displayed with respect to each profile's calculated
center. Radial displacement from a reference circle indicates
out-of-roundness or out-of-flatness conditions and can
be measured directly from the plot.
Absolute
Display
Profile data
is displayed with respect to the datum axis. Radial displacement
from the center of the plot indicates eccentricity/parallelism.
